Shipping & Returns

As fast as I possibly can is the short answer.

I strive to get it to you in under 2 weeks total. I like to send Proofs to your email or Instagram, so keep an eye out for those to keep the process moving along quickly. If I don’t get a response within a few days, I’ll go ahead with production. I don’t always do this, but I will in situations where I am not sure if the format is correct or not because you might have left out a space where typically there should be one or something along those lines.

Shipping times vary based on what option you choose. The FREE SHIPPING option is UPS Ground, so you still get tracking, but they don’t guarantee any sort of timeframe to get it to you. It’s typically less than 5 days for normal circumstances.

UPS Ground is 2-5 days typically.

If you preferred that I use FedEx, DHL, or USPS, just let me know and I can figure out the cost and do that.

The shop is located in Franklin (Dayton) Ohio. The heart of it all they call it, but I think this heart is going through congestive heart failure.

Absolutely. If you’re around Dayton, OH you can certainly swing by and pick it up. Just email or text me and we’ll get that bit sorted out.

Sometimes people order these as gifts, so I get this question a lot.

I ship in a normal carboard sleeve that I’ve had custom cut to size. It’s pretty much unbranded except for a sticker to show the package hasn’t been opened and the Shipped From address says CarShowPlate.com. If this will be an issue, reach out and I will make sure to un-brand the outside of the packaging for you.

Since every order is made to order, we do not accept returns. If your package arrives wrong on our end of things, we will replace with the same product that you purchased.

If your package is damaged in shipping, that sucks, but don’t worry! We insure every package we ship through the shipping company’s insurance. Let us know right away so we can help you get it replaced through them!

Other than that, No refunds or returns if you simply decide you don’t want it or something silly like that. That never happens, but just in case.
